  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — as noted above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is currently nothing to opt out of

How to submit a request: Email privacy@geom.ai with the subject line “CCPA Request” and specify which right you are exercising.

Verification: To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, which may include confirming details you've previously provided (e.g., matching the email on file).

Authorized agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

Response time: We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. This period may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you.

Appeals: If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial email. We will respond to appeals within 60 days.

08
